We are pleased to inform the launching of RuPay Debit Card. Presently RuPay Card can be used at ATMs in India.

Our bank has 8 ATM's and now our customers can withdraw money from more than 2 lacs plus ATM's all over India. We have tied up with National Payment Corporation of India's (NPCI) for National Financial Switch (NFS) Network, this has given accessibility to all ATM's that are linked to the NPCI. Our customers can access the ATM's of other Banks using their Debit Card. Similarly, the customers of other Banks can also use their ATM cards on our ATM Machines.

Charges for Transactions: (Savings / Current Accounts)

- Transactions on Jamia Bank ATMs:

Transactions are free on our Banks ATMs for our Customers.

- Transactions on other NFS Member Banks ATMs:

(a) In case of financial transaction (withdrawal etc.) beyond 3 transaction on other bank's ATM, Rs. 20/- + tax will be charged.

(b) In case of non-financial transaction (balance enquiry etc.) beyond 3 transaction Rs. 10/- + tax will be charged.

Thus, every month you can use your Card on 3 occasions (each for financial and non-financial) on other bank's ATMs without incurring any charges.

Other Charges

- ATM Annual Maintenance Fee : Rs. 200/-

- Duplicate PIN : Rs. 100/-

- Re-issue of ATM/Debit card : Rs. 200/-

* The charges are subject to changes from time to time as per the Bank policy.

Resolution of Customer Complaints

Customer's complaint on failed transactions (Account debited Cash not dispensed) will be resolved by bank within 7 working days from the date of receipt of complaint, failing which customer is entitled to a compensation for any delay of Rs100/- per day by the card issuing bank (If complaint is lodged within 30 days of the date of the transaction.)


Cash Retraction is disabled in ATMs

As per the RBI guidelines, it is mandatory to remove Cash retract feature from the ATMs. In line with the RBI directive, we, at Jamia Bank have taken out the Cash Retraction facility from our ATM machines. Please therefore, do not forget to collect your cash as the cash will not be retracted in the ATM machine and will remain in the mouth of the ATM till the time the cash is not collected. It is advised to the customers that they should collect their cash as soon as it is dispensed, otherwise someone else might take it.
