Muslim Intellectuals Meet Shri Rajnath Singh, Extend Full Support To Counter Terrorism 

A delegation comprising of the engineers, academicians, political leaders, journalists, and Muslim clergy met the Minister of Defence Shri Rajnath Singh to express their solidarity and appreciate Shri Narendra Modi led government of India’s befitting response against Pakistan sponsored Pahalgam Terror Attack where 26 innocent lives were lost recently.

The delegation consisting of MQH Beg, Chairman – Jamia Bank, noted journalist Qamar Agha, M J Khan, Siraj Qureshi , Khwaja Shahid and many other respected and leading intellectuals, expressed unity and assured the Minister of Defence of their full support. “We feel proud of our government for taking such a strong action against terrorists, their handlers and Pakistan which has been supporting terrorist ideology against India for a very long time. Any attack on India, is an attack on its citizens: be it a Hindu, a Muslim, Christian, Sikh or a person from any other community. We all are Indians first, before any other religious identity. Our government has made us proud by showing a strong will in defeating malicious designs of terrorists and their sponsors,” said MQH Beg. 

Other members of the delegation also expressed their opinion and unanimously cheered and extended full support to the government of India.

This meeting was in continuation to a strong wave of condemnation by Indian Muslims against Pakistan sponsored terrorism and appreciation of the government of India for its strong will to counter terrorism and its befitting response.

मुस्लिम बुद्धिजीवियों ने श्री राजनाथ सिंह से मुलाकात की, आतंकवाद से मुकाबले के लिए पूरा समर्थन जताया

इंजीनियरों, शिक्षाविदों, राजनीतिक नेताओं, पत्रकारों और मुस्लिम धर्मगुरुओं के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने रक्षा मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह से मुलाकात की और अपनी एकजुटता व्यक्त की और श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व वाली भारत सरकार की पाकिस्तान प्रायोजित पहलगाम आतंकवादी हमले के खिलाफ मुंहतोड़ जवाब की सराहना की, जहां हाल ही में 26 निर्दोष लोगों की जान चली गई। 

जामिया बैंक के अध्यक्ष एमक्यूएच बेग, प्रसिद्ध पत्रकार कमर आगा, एम जे खान, सिराज कुरैशी, ख्वाजा शाहिद और कई अन्य प्रतिष्ठित और अग्रणी बुद्धिजीवियों वाले प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने एकता व्यक्त की और रक्षा मंत्री को अपने पूर्ण समर्थन का आश्वासन दिया। एमक्यूएच बेग ने कहा, "हमें अपनी सरकार पर गर्व है कि उसने आतंकवादियों, उनके आकाओं और पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ इतनी कड़ी कार्रवाई की है, जो लंबे समय से भारत के खिलाफ आतंकवादी विचारधारा का समर्थन कर रहा है। भारत पर कोई भी हमला उसके नागरिकों पर हमला है: चाहे वह हिंदू हो, मुस्लिम हो, ईसाई हो, सिख हो या किसी अन्य समुदाय का व्यक्ति हो। हम सभी पहले भारतीय हैं, किसी भी अन्य धार्मिक पहचान से पहले। हमारी सरकार ने आतंकवादियों और उनके प्रायोजकों के दुर्भावनापूर्ण इरादों को हराने में दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति दिखाकर हमें गौरवान्वित किया है।" प्रतिनिधिमंडल के अन्य सदस्यों ने भी अपनी राय व्यक्त की और एकमत होकर भारत सरकार को पूरा समर्थन दिया। 

यह बैठक पाकिस्तान प्रायोजित आतंकवाद के खिलाफ भारतीय मुसलमानों द्वारा की गई कड़ी निंदा तथा आतंकवाद का मुकाबला करने की दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति और उसके मुंहतोड़ जवाब के लिए भारत सरकार की सराहना के क्रम में आयोजित की गई थी।
