An individual may be admitted as member if he is an adult, competent to contract and resides within the area of operation of the Bank or is gainfully engaged in any occupation in the area, provided that he is not a member of any other primary Co-operative Bank or a Co-operative credit society of similar nature
Documents required for obtaining a membership:
- Share Application form.
- 2 Pass port size photograph
- Address proof (Photocopy of any of these: Election Identity Card, Passport,Driving Licence, Eectricity Bill, Telephone Bill, Water Bill)
- Saving Account Opening Form
- Current Account Opening Form
- Term Deposit/FD or RD Form
- Term Loan Application Form
- Membership Application Form
- Membership Resignation Form
- Locker Application Form
- Mobile Banking Application Form
- RE-KYC Submission Form
- Debit or Atm Card Issuance Form
- SMS/Mobile No. Registration Form
