PAN Card Service

Jamia Bank welcomes you to apply for new PAN CARD through any of our branches. The stipulated form, available at our branches is to be properly filled in, requisite fee of Rs. 105/- is to be paid towards the cost of coupon. The form along with its enclosures will be sent by the bank to the concerned agency and you would get the PAN CARD in due course. You can even check the status of your PAN CARD application at UTI ITSL website.

The service is available in following cases:

• Application for fresh PAN CARD (if you dont already have a PAN CARD issued in your name.)
• PAN CARD in lieu of original lost or damaged.
• Correction in particulars of PAN CARD. A fresh PAN CARD will be issued with corrrect particulars.
